1. NATIONWIDE SHIPPING COVERAGE
Soya Business Group offers door-to-door courier delivery to all physical 
addresses within the Republic of South Africa. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, 
  excluding public holidays) after payment clearance.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next 
  working day.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Once dispatched from our facility, typical delivery times are:
• Main Business Centers (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, 
  Gqeberha, Bloemfontein): 2 to 4 business days.
• Regional and Outlying Areas: 3 to 7 business days.

4. DELIVERY RATES AND FEES
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery 
address and package size/weight. Free delivery promotions apply only when 
explicitly stated on the storefront during checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS
• Upon dispatch, an automated email containing your tracking link and courier 
  details will be sent to your registered email address.
• You can track your parcel in real-time via the courier portal using your 
  tracking number.

6. RECEIPT AND SIGNATURE
• Deliveries require a signature upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available 
  at your specified address to receive the package.
• If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package 
  will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
